Kane Brown & H.E.R. Are Teaming Up On A New Project

Kane Brown revealed his latest cross-genre collaboration — and we’ll get to hear it soon.

Brown is teaming up with H.E.R., he posted on Instagram, captioning the black-and-white photo “Blessed & Free 9/30.” H.E.R. hyped fans when she shared it to her story on Wednesday (September 22).

Brown, who was named one of Time’s 100 most influential people of 2021, is known for pushing barriers in the music industry. The 27-year-old released another cross-genre collaboration with blackbear(a.k.a Matthew Musto) called “Memory” this summer. It adds to other pop-infused tracks from Brown, including "One Thing Right" with Marshmello and "Be Like That" with Khalid and Swae Lee, among others. Adding to his recent solo work, Brown also worked with fellow country artist Chris Young on the title track of Young's new album “Famous Friends,” which they performed at the CMT Music Awards on June 9.

H.E.R. marked her debut full-length album Back Of My Mind with an exclusive iHeartRadio Album Release Party later that month, on June 21. The 21-track album features artists like artists like Ty Dolla $ignCordaeLil babyKaytranada and ThundercatChris BrownYung BleuDJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller, and YG.
