DANG! Why Catching up On Sleep Over The Weekend Is Bad For You

According to a new study, trying to “catch up” on sleep over the weekend can lead to serious health issues.

Researchers found that skimping on sleep during the week -- and then sleeping in on weekends -- results in eating more and gaining more weight. These poor habits end up causing issues with insulin sensitivity, which researchers say is the first warning sign of diabetes.
