Chattahoochee Filled With Soap?

If you looked at Holland Creek, Mill Creek, or the Chattahoochee River today, you may have noticed something unusual about the water.

Many people reported a bubbly like foam in many parts of the river. After some investigation, it was concluded that a leak at a soap, shampoo, and conditioner factory upstream leaked and spilled up to 300 gallons of soap into the Holland Creek which eventually spread to Mill Creek, and then to the Chattahoochee River. This caused the water to be filled with suds in many areas.

I don't see anybody complaining though!
